Delta-8 THC is a psychoactive cannabinoid found naturally in the Cannabis plant. It is 1 of over 100 cannabinoids naturally produced by the cannabis plant but is not in found in significant amounts. Most Delta-8 commonly found has been synthesized from CBD due to the low amounts that commonly occur within the plant.

Delta-8 has psychoactive and intoxicating effects, similar to Delta-9 THC. Delta-8 differs from CBD, due to the intoxicating and psychoactive effects it causes in some users. Both compounds are found naturally in the Cannabis plant.
